At White Rose Foods Ltd / Raan Siam, we specialise in authentic Thai groceries and fresh produce imported directly from Thailand.

Our fresh produce arrives every Tuesday, ensuring you receive the freshest possible products. We work hard to process and dispatch orders quickly, so your goods arrive in excellent condition.

Order Processing

– Orders are processed within 1–2 working days once payment has been received.
– All orders are subject to product availability.

Delivery Charges

– London postcodes: £10.50
– UK Mainland (excluding London): £8.50

Once dispatched, orders are normally delivered on the next working day.

Weekly Dispatch Schedule

Our final dispatch day each week is Saturday, with a cut-off time of approximately 2:00 pm.

– Orders placed before 2:00 pm on Saturday will usually be dispatched the same day.
– Orders placed after 2:00 pm on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

If you would like to receive your order by Saturday, please ensure your order is placed before the Saturday cut-off time.
